2023 Entry Level Recruitment And Internship Program
Job/Application Requirements:
Choose your preferred location carefully as the hiring procedure is location-specific.
You must also choose ONE of the following programs and submit an application. Keep in mind that you are applying to a program for which you qualify.
ELTP GRAD
A minimum Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
Divisions: Enterprise Resource Group, Corporate and Investment Banking Division, and Commercial Banking Division.
ELTP RETAIL
A minimum Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) on a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Divisions: Retail sales, products, and retail operations.
ELTP TECH
A minimum Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) on a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Must have a degree in Economics and one of the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
Division: Technology
Internship:
A minimum Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) on a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
