Management Trainee

Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSc/HND
Location: Nigeria

Job Description:

Understand and learn each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Take detailed notes and communicate with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Meet the goals and fulfill the requirements set out at the start of the traineeship.
Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.
Prepare documents and update records.
Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings.
Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience in management or a related field (e.g., Sales, Customer Services, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Excellent math and computational abilities.
Effective communication skills.
A degree in Management or Business is advantageous.
