Management Trainee

Job Description:
- Understand and learn each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Take detailed notes and communicate with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Meet the goals and fulfill the requirements set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and update records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings.
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in management or a related field (e.g., Sales, Customer Services, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent math and computational abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- A degree in Management or Business is advantageous.
