What is the MTCP Scholarship?
The MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme) Scholarship is funded by the Malaysian government. It helps students from developing countries get a Master’s degree in Malaysia while learning skills that can help develop their home countries.
You can study for 24 to 36 months at top public universities in Malaysia.
Who Can Apply?
To apply for the 2025 Government of Malaysia MTCP Scholarship, you must:

Have at least a second-class upper honors degree with a minimum GPA of 3.50
