1. Production Control Accountant
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose:
Oversee financial processes related to production activities, ensuring accurate costing, inventory control, and reporting. Serve as the financial interface between Production and Central Finance to safeguard company interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production, inventory, and costing processes for accurate financial reporting.
- Manage month-end closing for production and costing, including system recalculation and closure.
- Prepare monthly production reports, cost analyses, and trend reports.
- Ensure Bills of Materials (BOMs) are accurately set up with correct ingredients, quantities, and conversion costs.
- Review direct cost components including labor, power, depreciation, and maintenance.
- Monitor conversion cost recovery and provide actionable recommendations.
- Investigate costing variances and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate daily production postings in ERP systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) is required; Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, costing, or production finance, preferably in FMCG.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical, numerical, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of production finance, costing, and inventory control.
- Proficient with ERP systems and inventory/costing processes.

2. Inventory Control Accountant
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose:
Monitor all inventory transactions for production materials, finished goods, and spares to prevent financial exposure and maintain accurate inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate posting of inventory transactions and stock transfers.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of inventory sub-ledger with general ledger.
- Implement controls for stock write-offs and prevent prior-year adjustments.
- Monitor stock status to ensure correct setup and costing.
- Reconcile manual and system inventory records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock movement and analysis.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent is required; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing finance or inventory control.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is preferred.

3. Bakery Technologist
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose:
Conduct analytical and comparative baking tests to evaluate flour and bakery product quality while monitoring baking performance and shelf-life before release to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comparative baking analyses of flour and wheat blends.
- Evaluate household flour, soft biscuits, and flour improvers for quality compliance.
- Operate analytical equipment such as NIR, Farinographs, Glutomatic machines, Colorimeters, and Texture Analyzers.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of bakery and analytical equipment.
- Collaborate with Product Development to improve existing products and innovate.
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and traceability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc. / HND in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in FMCG; experience in pastry and analytical baking is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple testing requests under strict timelines.
- Effective teamwork in laboratory and production environments.
