What You Will Do as a Fleet Controller Graduate Trainee
Core Daily Operations
- Monitor delivery officers on assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
- Track truck movements in real time using GPS and fleet management systems
- Support resolution of delivery delays, route changes and operational issues
- Liaise with delivery officers for real-time updates on trip progress
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Help prepare daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards
- Record accurate trip data for performance analysis and decision making
