- We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch customer support.
- As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
- Your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely information or solutions.
- Call and follow up with clients.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, resolutions e.t.c.
Salary Range
- N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
