Job Description
- We are looking to recruit Customer Service Officer who will maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, resilientand professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- A Female candidate is preferred for gender balance.
- High School Diploma, General Education Degree, or equivalent.
- Basic Knowledge of Computers especially (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Must reside in Sango Ota and its Environs.
Experience:
- 0-2 Years working experience.
Salary
- N35,000 – N40,000 monthly.
