Job description:
The Investor Services Customer Service Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of inquiries, stock segregation and account services (opening, closing and modification). The customer service representative will be asked to call for pending emails and follow up with the appropriate units on pending emails. Send weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders and ensure emails are sent to the appropriate teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- First Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint is an added advantage
