AWEC is renowned for its innovative approach, offering a 12-month comprehensive leadership and business management training designed exclusively for African female entrepreneurs.
Each year, the program selects 200 women from a pool of over 2,000 applicants.

During the two-week application period, AWEC receives an average of more than 2,000 applications for just 200 program spots.
Application Tips
1. Familiarize yourself with the program you are applying for:
