Role Overview and Goals:
Our Global Graduate Programme – Operations is an 18-month accelerated path to management designed for talented individuals who show great potential. During this program, you’ll get valuable international exposure while developing skills in manufacturing, corporate, and commercial areas. You’ll learn about different operational aspects such as manufacturing processes, planning, logistics, procurement, service, and product innovation.
You’ll be working on challenging projects in diverse markets, collaborating with a team that has a broad understanding of the business. Together, we strive to meet the company’s needs responsibly and adaptively, aiming to improve efficiency and create a truly integrated global manufacturing team.

Essential Experience, Skills and Knowledge
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Supply Chain, or Quality.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Less than 3 years of work experience after graduation.
- Show leadership through activities outside of school.
- Able to analyze and make decisions, and handle many tasks quickly.
- Motivated, proactive, and determined to succeed.
- Willing to move within Nigeria or internationally.
- Good at English, both speaking and writing.
