Job Description:

We’re looking for a fresh and enthusiastic Graduate Trainee Flight Ticketing Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates who love the travel industry and want hands-on experience with booking flights and helping customers.

Tasks

1. Help customers with questions about flights, like telling them about available flights, prices, and different travel choices.
2. Learn how to correctly and quickly book flights and make reservations using computer systems for booking flights or airline booking websites.
3. Learn the best ways to give out tickets, deal with changes and cancellations, and give great customer service.
4. Work with airlines, travel companies, and other partners to get the best prices and places to stay for customers.
5. Know about airline rules, ticket prices, and travel laws so you can give the right information to customers.
6. Give personalized help and support to customers before, during, and after their trips, with guidance from more experienced team members.
7. Help keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and talks with customers, and make reports when needed.
8. Join training sessions, workshops, and learn on the job to get better at booking flights and helping customers.
9. Work with other team members to make sure booking flights runs smoothly and well.

Requirements

1. Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a similar field.
2. Really like the travel industry and want to work in booking flights and helping customers.
3. Be really good at talking and working with people, and always put the customer first.
4. Be able to learn fast, adapt to new situations, and work well in a team.
5. Be good with computers, including Microsoft Office and finding information on the internet.
