Now you can apply for the 2025 J.P. Morgan Jumpstart Internship Program. If you’re a graduate without a job, the J.P. Morgan South African franchise wants you to join their internship program.
As an intern in the 2025 Jumpstart program at J.P. Morgan’s Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you’ll get to experience working with a top organization in South Africa. You’ll be part of Banking, Markets, Operations, Finance, or Technology teams and will learn from our professionals and leaders locally and globally.
The program will happen in Johannesburg from January 2025 to December 2025. There’s a chance to extend it until December 2026. If you get shortlisted, you’ll need to finish a 3-week Winter Internship Program during the university vacation from 1 July 2024 to 19 July 2024.

- You’ll join in projects from the beginning to the end and help with tasks related to your job area.
Qualifications and Skills Needed:
- You must be allowed to work in South Africa.
- You should be in your last year of college with good grades (any major is fine).
- You need to speak English well.
- You should be able to start things on your own and handle pressure.
- Good at talking and listening.
- Pay attention to details, think logically, and be organized.
- Good at analyzing and managing things, and can meet deadlines.
