Other applicants (UG, HND & NCE) must be full-time students in their second year or beyond at Federal or State Universities, Polytechnics, Monotechnics, or Colleges of Education.
- Undergraduate scholarship applicants, including those with disabilities, should have a minimum Cumulative Grade Points Aggregate (CGPA) of 4.0 on a five-point scale, or 5.0 on a seven-point scale, or equivalent. NCE and HND applicants should have a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a 4.0 scale.
