Job Description
- We need of the services of a Senior Sales Account Manager to achieve sales targets, ensure customer retention and revenue growth for assigned accounts.
- He/She will also be responsible for gaining new market share in their given sector and territory
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales target, and ensure customer retention
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all account management matters (technical and business
- issues) for assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leverage existing relationships with partners and customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline/account planning.
- Presenting Sales analytics and forecasts to the management monthly.
- Ensure customer data is updated and customer activity is effectively tracked in the CRM.
- Keep up to date with the market and provide business intelligence as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related studies or experience in the same field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience is compulsory with proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Must have worked in the oil and gas firms or telecom sector.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Excellent skills in closing deals.
- CRM/ Salesforce, and MS Office proficiency.
- Market insight and research skills.
- Must be mobile.

- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management with petrol stations
- Provision of ongoing and comprehensive training for petrol station staff and managers on the utilization of the PetroApp system
- Establishment of station accounts on the PetroApp system and diligent follow-up on station requests.
- Oversight of service quality provided to customers at petrol stations
- Distribution of POS devices to gas stations and resolution of related issues
- Installation of NFC tags on customer vehicles and management of associated tasks
- Establishment of a network of freelancers for the installation of NFC tags on customers’ vehicles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably in the oil and gas firm as an Operations Manager or Area Operations Manager
- B2B experience is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking, problem solving and internal control.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing information and translating it for various departments.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential data.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Title: Secretary / Legal Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- We are looking for a Secretary / Legal officer to undertake a variety of administrative, legal and clerical tasks.
- The goal is to sustain efficiency of all office procedures and case management so as to guarantee reliability and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to the Petroapp partners and management team
- Prepare contracts, case briefs and synopsis of depositions on behalf of PetroApp.
- Schedule virtual and physical meetings and prepare minutes of the meeting for third parties
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and provide timely reminders
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance procedures are followed as it relates to legal processes.
- Conduct thorough statistical/ documentary research
- Source and verify important case intelligence
- Produce and file various legal documents such as appeals, contracts, payments, motions or petitions
- Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate
- Maintain and update inventories of contact details
Requirements and Skills
- First Degree from an accredited university, preferably in Law
- 2 to 4 years post NYSC experience as a secretary or legal officer
- Knowledge of constitution, legal terminology, regulations and court system
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Proficiency in English
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and being comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people
- Legal Secretary certification is a plus
