WHY WE PASSED VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON AMBASSADOR OJI NGOFA’S STYLE OF LEADERSHIP

A group of young Eleme Professionals in Politics, who came together under the umbrella of Eleme Consultative Forum (ECF) have passed a vote of confidence on Ambassador Oji Ngofa, Former Ambassador to the kingdom of Neatherlands, Two term LGA Chairman, Eleme Local Government Council, Former Assistant National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Leader Simplified Movement Eleme LGA.
The group on Tuesday 27th 2024 paid the former Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Neatherlands a solidarity visit.
Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Hon. Agba Nwaji, a former Youth Leader of the PDP and Leader, Eleme Consultative Forum made it known that Ambassador Oji Ngofa has earned the respect of the Eleme people through his ability to differentiate himself from other leaders in Eleme, through his visionary leadership, embracing the power of understanding, empathy and inclusivity where every team member feels valued, heard and inspired to grow.
Comrade Promise Ochen, Secretary Eleme Consultative Forum also added his voice to that of the leader of the group by announcing the unanimous decision of the group to adopt Chief Ambassador Oji Ngofa as her Grand Patron, seeking his continuous guidance.
Ambassador Oji Ngofa, appreciated the visit and urged the Young Professionals to Continue in their quest for a better Eleme, and support the developmental strides of the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara.
