As It’s Grand Patron, Chief Brain Gokpa Attends In Grand Style, Assures The Forum Of Council’s Partnership, Says “I Am Not Under Any Undue Pressure In The Administration Of Eleme”.

The Eleme Consultative Forum ECF., a pan-Eleme sociocultural organization has held its first meeting in the first quarter of the new year 2025. The Sunday 19th January, 2025 meeting, which drew a crowd of who is who in the current Eleme social, cultural and political dispensation, and majorly a pool of young active politicians and nonpartisan propellers, was held at the Late Chief Nwaji’ Compound also known as Unity House, Aleto Eleme.
National Chairman of the organization, Comr. Agba Nwaji while welcoming its Grand Patron, who doubles as Executive Chairman of Eleme Local Government Council, Chief Brain Gokpa, national executive and members, expressed thankfulness to God for sparing our lives to see the new year 2025 in a grand style.
Agba Nwaji, who said a similar meeting marking the end of year 2024 would have been convoked but for the lean chance of its Grand Patron, Chief Brain Gokpa, who had been occupied all through the Ember month with Eleme empowerment activities.
Comrade Agba said he was happy to see the mass number of young people who have elected to be members of the forum, insisting that the ethos of Eleme Consultative Forum ECF. shall revolve around integrity and passion to serve Eleme, adding that he was elated to see that the Council Chairman who promised to carry along the forum and its members has really kept to his words by unleashing over 70% appointments to members of Eleme Consultative Forum ECF. The National President of the Eleme Consultative Forum vowed that;

Meantime, Chairman of Eleme Local Government Council, Chief Brain Gokpa, who is Grand Patron of Eleme Consultative Forum has said that he was not under any pressure in his office as Executive Chairman of Eleme Local Government Council. Brain Gokpa made this known during his address to the Executives and members of Eleme Consultative Forum ECF. at its first meeting of the year 2025 first quarter held in Aleto.
Reacting to an avalanche of complaints from the 10 Clans of Eleme through their representatives who are members of the Eleme Consultative Forum, the Eleme Council Chairman made a promise to look into the reports of employment racketeering and sales in Daewoo, Indorama, PHRC and companies in Onne and other parts of Eleme. Chief Brain Gokpa hence enjoined the Eleme Consultative Forum and Eleme Youth Council to embrace his hands of fellowship and partnership in the collective vision of moving Eleme forward.
Some personalities who graced the new year meeting were Rt. Hon. Gberewa Sanwi, Leader of Eleme Legislative Assembly and his fellow Councillors, Hon. Comr. Walter Olaka, National President of Eleme Youth Council and all clan youth leaders, all EXCOs and members of Eleme Consultative Forum, Hon. Supervisors, former Hon. Councillors and former Supervisors, Hon. John Osaronu, Secretary of Eleme LGA and Chairman of the ruling party, APP, Eleme, Council employees, Chairman’s Appointees and a host of others.
