THE ROMANIAN AGENCY FOR INVESTMENTS AND FOREIGN TRADE (ARICE) has launched the selection process to award 40 scholarships to international students for studies beginning in the 2025–2026 academic year.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the 2025 fully funded Romanian Government ARICE Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a non-EU or non-EFTA international student.

• Possess the necessary qualifications to apply for a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral program.

• Be eligible for a Romanian language preparatory program if not already proficient in the language.
