What the Job is About:
AIG is looking for smart and new graduates who studied Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering to join their team as Graduate Trainees. This program will give you hands-on learning and training to help you have a great and long career at AIG. What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will get to try working in different important parts of the company to learn how everything works. This training will help you understand different roles.
- You’ll help the more experienced engineers when they are fixing problems, keeping machines working, and working on projects. This is part of your training to become a good engineer.
- You’ll help design, create, and make the way things are made better. Your training will involve learning about these important processes.
- You will check machines to see if they are working right and suggest ways to keep them from breaking down. This is important for maintenance.

What They Need From You:
- You need to have at least a Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. These are important engineering degrees.

- You need to be good at figuring out problems and solving them. These are important skills in engineering.

Salary:
You will get paid between N100,000 and N150,000 each month. This is how much you will earn as you get your training.
