Job Title: Sales Executive (Salary Loan / Wealth Management)

Scope and Impact

  • The candidate will be tasked with the responsibility of selling various loan products.
  • He / She will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.

Job Summary

  • The Rosabon Sales Executive is required to collect and prepare all materials needed to process transactions (loans and investments).
  • He/ She will also responsible for reviewing loan applications evaluating the potential risks of granting loans to applicants.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
  • Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
  • Determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans
  • Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
  • Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
  • Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
  • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
  • Update account records, Compute payment schedules and transactions on ERP
  • Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving loan application problems.
  • Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
  • Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
  • Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
  • Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process
  • Operate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
  • Deposit mobilization to meet set targets

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Proven working experience as a Loan Officer
  • Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
  • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment and meet set target.

Salary
N92,000 – N160,000 Monthly.

 

Job Title: Internal Audit / Control Executive

Locations: Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Scope and Impact

  • The candidate will perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over the company’s operations and effectiveness.
  • He/She must ensure financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • The candidate will also conduct a System review of credit transactions on a daily basis, and frequent call over of postings in the books of account and customers’ ledger for credit risk transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Objectively review the organization’s business processes
  • Evaluate the efficacy of risk management processes in place.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve internal controls.Identify loopholes and recommend risk mitigating measures.
  • Review of petty cash.
  • Protect against fraud and theft of the organization’s asset.
  • Call-over of postings by the collections team to assess correctness, promptness and completeness.

Job Title: Credit Underwriting Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reviewing & analyzing the creditworthiness of all potential customers based on risk criteria.
  • Performing various departmental functions including loan covenant monitoring, risk rating, audit preparation and recovery when assigned by HOD
  • Carrying out due diligence on Potential Clients.
  • Reviewing application for credit facilities with a view to point out deviations from the company’s credit policy and highlight quality assurance issues in credit proposals received from business areas.

Job Description

  • The incumbent will provide financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring that the company receives payments for credit facilities and that received payments are properly recorded by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
Receivables & Reconciliations Officer:

  • Ensures that receipts are issued to clients on receipt of payments.
  • Account reconciliations such as bank, clearing, billings, etc.
  • General Ledger reconciliations.
