Job Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at Rainoil, you will help keep track of money records and reports. Below are the tasks you will do:

• Record all money transactions in the accounting system.

• Check and update the balance sheet and other finance documents.

• Help prepare monthly and yearly account reports.

• Make sure accounts payable and receivable are correct and on time.

• Keep full records of company assets (buildings, equipment, etc.).

• Record daily expenses and make sure they are booked properly.

• Help fix any money or billing issues.

• Assist in preparing for the company’s yearly audit.

• Follow up on all audit findings and help solve them.

• Calculate and pay deductions like pensions and taxes (PAYE).

• Prepare finance reports as needed.

• Keep all finance papers safe and easy to find.

• Look at how the company controls its money and suggest improvements.

• Do other jobs as told by the Head of Finance or Supervisor.
