Job Summary
WW Luxury Apartments is hiring a Guest Service Agent. A Guest Service Agent talks to guests and makes sure they are happy during their stay. This job includes checking guests in and out, helping with bookings, and solving any problems guests may have.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Guest Engagement:
Greet guests with a smile when they arrive. Make them feel welcome and help with anything they need. A Guest Service Agent should always be polite and ready to help.
🔹 Reservations Management:
Use the hotel system to book or cancel guest rooms. A Guest Service Agent needs to make sure all guest bookings are correct and up-to-date.
🔹 Check-In and Check-Out:
Help guests check in when they arrive and check out when they leave. The Guest Service Agent will make sure guests have all the information they need.
🔹 Billing and Payments:
Take payments for rooms and other services. Give guests correct bills and solve any billing issues.

Qualifications
