Job Summary:

FirstBank is looking for a Relationship Manager in Port Harcourt. The Relationship Manager will work with customers and help manage their accounts. As a Relationship Manager, you will help customers get bank services and grow their businesses.

Key Duties:

  • Help customers with their bank accounts and give them excellent service.

  • Support the bank by handling credit requests and getting approvals.

  • Watch customers’ loans and make sure they pay on time.

Key Duties:

  • Help customers with Form A, PTA, BTA, vendor payments, and money sent abroad.

  • Make sure all forms and payments follow Nigerian and international rules.

  • Work with other bank teams to build better trade services.
