As a Customer Service Representative at TeamAce Limited, you will be the first person customers speak to. You will help them with questions, solve their problems, and make sure they are happy with the service.

Responsibilities

Welcome and help customers in person, on the phone, through email, and on social media.

Answer questions about leather care services, prices, and delivery times.

Take customer orders, process payments, and handle service requests correctly.

Keep track of customer orders and make sure they are delivered on time.

Always speak politely and keep a positive image of the brand.

Solve customer complaints quickly and pass on bigger issues to the right team members.
Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any related course.

At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or craftsmanship.

Good speaking and writing skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
