Duties & Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking at FirstBank, you will:

• Manage quality banking assets and check for early loan repayment problems.

• Work with the Business Manager to carry out team goals.

• Lead efforts in deposit mobilization and trade transactions.

• Offer excellent customer service and financial advice.

• Build strong client relationships and provide financial solutions.

• Help in preparing transaction memos and customer background reports.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum: A first degree in any field (business-related courses are preferred).

• Higher degrees or professional banking certificates will be an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 3 years of banking experience in marketing or credit management.

Knowledge

• Good understanding of the Nigerian business environment.

• Knowledge of banking policies and customer service.
