Job Title: Factory / Production Supervisor
Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time
Summary
- The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating/supervising the smooth running of the production facility.
- Ensure all factory staff are at their duty posts regularly and timely.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are adhered to.
- Ensuring production tonnage targets are met.
- Ensuring timely maintenance is carried out on all aspects of the factory facilities to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be B.Sc or HND (Upper Credit).
- 6 – 10 years work experience.
- Candidates with a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience working in a Coil Color coating line or similar industry will be added advantage.
- Aged: 35 – 45 years.
