Job Title: Key Account Manager (Ibadan, West Region)

Location: Oyo

Details

  • You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the implementation, acquisition & retention strategy for prospective and existing accounts in sector of assignment.
  • Responsible for evolving account development plan and relationship management process for accounts in sector of assignment guided by the signed service level agreement.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship management with existing Post-paid subscribers within the sector.

Qualifications

  • A University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related courses.
  • 3-5 years preferably in FMCG, Consumables & telecom.
  • Achieving Results, & Delighting the Customer.
  • Team Player; Independent, Confident, and Objective.
  • Attention to detail / excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.

Job Title: Software Engineer, Engineering Lab

Location: Lagos

Details

  • This job is responsible for conducting Software Development: Build and implement business applications. This job requires working with other Developers and Project Managers throughout the software development life cycle.
  • In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver coding solutions for key business problems
  • Prepare design architecture
  • Prepare technical documents
  • Manage uptime and Operation Tasks for in-house built applications

Qualifications

  • BSc / BA / Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET CORE, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Vue.js, Git, Hangfire, RabbitMQ, API development, Web Services, Docker, Micro-services)
  • Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle, Redis, MongoDB) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Entity Framework)
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
  • Attention to detail
