Full Job Description
Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers. This role requires a deep understanding of company products and procedures, as well as strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members within the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily reviews of service technician timesheets.
- Analyze and examine completed service work orders.
- Effectively communicate with service managers and technicians to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing documentation.
- Assist technicians and service managers in preparing quotes for service work.
- Engage in customer discussions as needed to submit quotes, follow up on approvals, and schedule quoted work.
- Audit invoices exported to the billing system, finalize sales for services rendered per the customer’s Rules of Engagement (ROE), print invoices, attach work orders, and distribute them to customers.
- Maintain customer Rules of Engagement and billing system.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and assist the corporate credit department in resolving disputes, rejected invoices, and past due receivables.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education Requirement:
- Required: High School Diploma with five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 1 – 5
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and tasks with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to meet both short and long-term deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends, as needed.
