Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the daily processes and goals of each department (e.g., Marketing, Sales)
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning initiatives
- Complete assigned tasks and assist with daily operations
- Engage in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Take detailed notes and communicate with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Meet the requirements and goals set at the beginning of the traineeship
- Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes
- Prepare documents and update records
- Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as needed

Requirements
- Experience in management or a related field (e.g., Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent math and computational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- A degree in Management or Business is a plus
