Job Title: Business Development & Executive Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Description
- Bisimkha Homes is seeking a proactive, organised and highly presentable Business Development & Executive Assistant to support business growth, relationship development and the day-to-day coordination of the CEO’s activities.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging organizations, securing speaking/training opportunities, following up business leads and providing executive and office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage corporate organizations, cooperatives, professional associations, clubs and other relevant groups.
- Deliver business proposals, formal letters and invitations to targeted organizations.
- Follow up consistently to secure meetings, seminars, training sessions and other business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized database of contacts, prospects and follow-up activities.
- Support the CEO in meetings, presentations, property inspections, shoots and business engagements.
- Coordinate logistics for seminars, Property Discovery Tours and other company activities.
- Receive visitors and manage basic office correspondence when required.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, research and general administrative coordination.
- Support lead follow-up and other business development activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional when approaching organizations and senior decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up, persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Abuja for business development activities.
- Previous experience in business development, marketing, sales, administration or executive assistance is an advantage.
- Real estate experience is an added advantage.
- Candidates residing around Garki, Abuja are preferable.
The Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful, persistent and opportunity-driven—someone who can receive a list of organizations and turn that list into conversations, meetings, training opportunities and relationships.
- This is not a receptionist role. It is a business development and executive support position requiring initiative and the ability to get things done.
Salary
Competitive (N100,000 – N150,000 monthly), based on experience and capability.

Job Title: Visual Content Producer / Videographer & Editor

Job Summary
- Bisimkha Homes is seeking a creative and highly skilled Visual Content Producer to join our growing real estate media team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate must be able to shoot, edit and tell compelling stories through video, particularly for real estate, property tours, interviews and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video and photography for property and corporate content.
- Produce property tours, interviews, reels, short-form videos and YouTube content.
- Edit footage into polished, engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Understand visual storytelling, composition, lighting and cinematography.
- Operate gimbals and other production equipment.
- Drone photography/videography capability is an advantage.
- Work independently on location and in the studio.
- Collaborate with the content team to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Maintain and organize media files and production assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer/Content Producer/Video Editor.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating quality video production and editing.

- This is not simply a posting job. We need someone who understands content, storytelling, audience engagement and the how/why content works.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging carousels, graphics, thumbnails and other visual content.
- Repurpose long-form content into reels, shorts, posts and other formats.
- Write compelling captions and content copy.
- Use AI tools creatively to develop stories, content ideas and visual assets.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor engagement and basic analytics and use insights to improve content.
- Support content campaigns, property launches and special projects.
- Stay aware of current social media trends and formats.
- Work closely with the Visual Content Producer and management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience managing social media/content for a brand or organization.
- Strong Canva/design and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
