Blogger Apologizes to EFCC for sharing fake pictures.

Days back, a certain handle shared pics of young men obviously cramped in what looks like a dungeon and said it was the EFCC’s detention facility in PH. The EFCC denied it and threatened they would arrest the peddlers of such news as the story turned fake

The fear of arrest has made the handle to apologize to the EFCC, whether he/she would be forgiven is unknown

Now the import of the message is this; The right to seek traffic flow to your blog or criticise govt comes with an obligation to be responsible. You can’t enjoy one and abhor its component

And for those who browse the internet, not everything you see online is true, learn to filter and verify Info before consuming it

Ignorance is not an excuse in law
