Call For Applications: Oyo State Bursary Award 2024 (Up to N100,000) | How to Apply
Students who are natives of Oyo State are invited to apply for the 2024 Oyo State Bursary Award.
The Oyo State Bursary Award offers a cash prize of N100,000.00 to selected eligible students studying at tertiary institutions across the country.
The Oyo State Scholarship Board has consistently provided financial support to students who are indigenes of Oyo State, particularly those in public tertiary institutions, demonstrating a commendable track record over the years.
The primary objective of the Oyo State Bursary Award is to provide financial assistance to underprivileged but academically talented students from Oyo State, helping to ease their financial burdens at all tertiary institutions, both within Nigeria and abroad.
Additionally, the program aims to promote academic excellence and ensure that no child is deprived of a quality education.
Award Requirements:
To be eligible for the Oyo State Bursary Award, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a final-year undergraduate, HND, or clinical student, excluding final-year Law students
- Be a student of Aviation or Maritime studies
- Must be enrolled in Nigerian universities and tertiary institutions
- Students from private tertiary institutions, part-time programs, and those studying overseas are NOT eligible to apply.
Award Duration and Reward
- Winners will receive a cash bursary.
Required Documents for Oyo State Bursary Award
To apply, candidates must submit the following documents:
- Letter of Admission
- Local Government Identification
- Current Course Registration Form endorsed by the Head of Department (H.O.D)
- Passport Photograph
