Job Title: Office Staff
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Keep good records of inquiries and orders.
- Sorting different documents for future checking.
- Communicate with the stable suppliers for regular supply, as well as the purchasing schedule.
- Provide necessary support to the purchasers out of office, such as contract draft or modification etc.
- Documents submission to the local customs and pick up customs officers.
- Complete other tasks assigned by department manager.
Qualifications
- Male, age no more than 30.
- College Degree, better with 3 years experience as office assistant.
- Capable of English communication and MS Office skills(excel, word).
- Strong team work spirit.
Job Title: Office Secretary
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Assist department manager on management.
- Responsible for file printing, filing and delivery.
- Data collection and sorting, in order to better implementation and implementation of the work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts of the daily operation, deal with the settlement of external business.
- Responsible for company’s overall financial strategic planning.
- Responsible for bank financing and related financial work.

Qualifications

Bank Account Management:
- Daily bank account receipt and payment.
- Voucher processing and bank account checking of relevant department.
- Register the bank journal, daily and monthly reports of bank accounts.
Cash Flow Management:
- Daily cash reimbursement management.
- Cash journal record, daily and monthly report as well as corresponding voucher processing.
Qualifications
- College Degree or above, relevant experience will be valued.

Responsibilities
- According to factory’s development strategy and plan, formulate the human resources planning.
- Overall management and improvement of personnel department, responsible for recruitment, training, salary, assessment, employee relations and other management matters.
- Timely and effectively fulfill the requirements of the factory’s talent team building, control the human resource cost.
- Support on employee relations management in corporation.
- Complete other tasks related to this job.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above; major in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Ages 28 – 35, more than 5 years HR experience.
- Acknowledge of HR six modules and familiar with relevant national policies and regulations.
- Strong execution ability.

Responsibilities
- Strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the unit and laboratory, obey the assignment and stick to their posts.
- Strictly follow the testing technical standards, specifications and inspection rules to carry out the testing work, be responsible for own quality inspection, abide by professional ethics
Qualifications
- College Degree or above, skilled in English and computer.

Job Title: Local Purchaser
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Purchasing products & materials from local market, support factory daily production & office daily work.
- Assessing the market.
- Evaluating pricing and availability.
- Save cost for company.
- Keeping accurate records of purchasing and organize the invoices properly for financial purpose.
Qualifications
- College Degree, majored in machinery and electrics is priority.
- Capable of English communication.
- Experience of maintenance on machinery and electrics shall be priority.
- Active to take part in factory daily maintenance and willing to learn.
- With driver license.
- Honesty, responsible and reliable.
Job Title: Rubber Purchaser
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Sourcing the Block rubber and Rubber Cup of good quality.
- Strictly implement the contract of our company.
- Keep good relation and efficient communication with the good supplier for stable supply.
- Control the price in a reasonable range to save cost of company.
Qualifications
- Male, age no more than 30.
- Willing to travel nationally in the south rubber plantation states.
- Strong ability to source good suppliers, acknowledge and experience of purchasing rubber shall be priority.
- Capable of English communication and able to carry out equal communication with suppliers, good solutions for site issues.
- Strong willing to execute our own contract with suppliers, make sure the quality of the purchased rubber.
- Active and willing to learn to take part in factory daily maintenance.
- Honesty, responsible and reliable.
