Job Title: Cost and Planning Engineer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Establish process to store Cost Estimate files accessible to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate the preparation of the cost report as required.
  • Drives Cost benchmarking against historical performance, industry norms and established KPIs.

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree and/or Certification as a Cost Estimator.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Fully versed with Cost Estimating Tools.
  • 8 years experience in a lead cost estimating role both the front-end and definition or execution phases of an opportunity or project / have been responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and delivery of the cost estimating activity for a project

Job Title: Completions SME Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed Well engineering studies and plan Well operations.
  • Ensure Completion Operations Procedures & Manuals are accurately developed and implemented.
  • Provide Well control and emergency planning response expertise.

Requirements

  • Degreed Engineer (Master’s in Petroleum Engineering or Well Engineering desirable.)
  • Possess minimum of 15 (fifteen) years active experience in Well Completion with minimum 10 (ten) years in senior supervisory Well Construction/Well Completions position in a high project load environment with intense activity periods. Experience in the Niger Delta is essential
  • Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in a similar Well engineering role in a large Operating company or oilfield services company especially with deviated and horizontal wells in Land, swamp and offshore well intervention, well completion and well test.
  • A good understanding of the entire value chain of the Well construction/Well completion domain: Strong understanding of  QHSSE, Well Planning, Rig and Rig operations, Drilling/Completion Fluids/Chemicals, Completion designs (Single, Dual, Tandem, Tapered & Comingled), Completion accessories, Completion Packers, Bits, MWD/LWD/DD, OCTGs, Wellheads and Xmas Tress, Mud Logging, Wireline, Cementing, completions and Testing.
  • Well Completion, Well intervention, workover problem solving.
  • Valid IWCF Well control certificate (Supervisor Level as a minimum)
  • Knowledge, experience and demonstrated proficiency in all the activities described above.
  • A Hybrid experience across OFSE and E&P is preferred and an added advantage.
  • Computer literate with competency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with Industry recognized Well Engineering/Well Construction software

Job Title: Contract Engineer

Job Description

  • Identify potential bidders for goods and/or services required and assist in the preparation of adverts, pre-qualification questionnaires, technical and commercial evaluation reports.
  • Execute vendor prequalification, develop, and maintain a database of prequalified vendors for related goods and/or services.
  • Prepare and coordinate all Invitation to Bid exercises in line with Company’s contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure cost-effective contractual terms.
  • Collate and compilation of all tender documentation after receipt of approval. Prepare and undertake tender commercial evaluations post-receipt of tenders, draft and coordinate formal award recommendations and present to senior management.

Requirements

  • Possess Professional Qualification in Procurement, Surveying or other relevant profession.
  • Relevant Engineering / Technical / Legal qualification.
  • Possess 8 – 10 years of proven experience in contract management with relevant oil and gas industry experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High level of computer literacy, including experience of using specialist procurement software and computer system.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management and relationship management skills.
  • Possess competency with contract preparation, negotiation, tendering and award procedures.
  • Demonstrable general knowledge & understanding of commercial, legal and insurance issues affecting the Company in general, & “in depth” understanding where relevant to contracts for works, goods & services.

Job Title: Mechanical Technologist

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities.
  • Completes fault-finding and repair of mechanical  systems and equipment.
  • Provide support as part of the installation emergency response team.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience as a mechanical technician in the Oil & Gas industry.
