Job Title: Materials Planner

Job Description
- Manages and ensure availability of locally sourced and imported raw/packaging materials.
- Maintain stock levels of ordered materials as per the agreed stock norms to help in achieving the supply chain objectives whilst optimising working capital and ensuring stock availability at the lowest cost.
- Materials Planning Manager is responsible for the management and communication of material forecasts with suppliers and pro-actively identifying and managing any potential supply constraints.
- S/he also manages supplier relationships and accountability in conjunction with Procurement and resolve materials supply issues or conflict escalations from other internal stakeholders.
Key Deliverables
Materials Requirements Planning:
- Stock is to be managed within working capital targets.
- Ensure regular update and maintenance of MRP Master Data.
- Coordinate in conjunction with Procurement on material planning and sourcing activities.
- Keep track of materials usage versus BOM target and flag concerns to stakeholders accordingly.
- Monitor stock levels and work closely with the Procurement team and suppliers to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained both on-site and at the suppliers to ensure that service level targets are met.
Manage relationship with suppliers:
- Meet suppliers on a regular basis to identify and manage possible constraints, up to 52 weeks forward
- Work with Procurement to manage and ensure supply consistency and Supplier reliability. Provide data to establish and report Supplier performance rating scores.
Procurement:
- Ensure the timeous delivery of stocks to site and escalate to Procurement where required
- Track Working Capital of packaging and raw materials on a weekly basis.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any discipline from a reputable Institution
- Supply Chain (APICS etc) qualification (added advantage).
Experience:
Essential:
- 3 – 5 Years exposure to broad based procurement.
- Experience in managing external parties.
- Experience working and interacting with all levels in a business.
- Working Knowledge of Operations Planning / Supply Chain modelling and optimization
Preferred:
- FMCG experience.

Job Description
- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Essential:
- Minimum of 5 years’ Brand experience.
- Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Key Performance Matrices
- Optimize utilization of processing and quality resources in the country to derive maximum capacity utilization and efficiencies and to eliminate controllable losses and minimize the impact of non-controllable losses
- Manage external contractors in a cost effective manner – seek to challenge their costs and performance to ensure cost effective yet quality service.
- Through respective managers, ensure the safe keeping of all company agreements, financial instruments etc.
- Ensure the Health and Safety of all subordinates within Company guidelines and current legislation.
- Ensure all functional management are aware of the correct codes of practice, both statutory and advisory, that govern accepted standards of safe operation at all premises. Ensure production plant causes the minimum of dust and noise both internally and externally.
- By regular site inspection and training, ensure full employee awareness of safe working practices and their role in maintaining the required standards. (ongoing exercise)
- Through managers, maintain and administer all personnel records and systems relating to employees (excluding records of sickness, absenteeism and holidays, recorded in the General Office).
- Maintain and monitor processes in respect of breakdown and performance. (Running hours; kW/t; capacity per hour against set targets. (KPI) React to variances.
- Ensure hygiene standards in all areas are maintained to the highest standards at a minimum above those required by BRC.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, QEHS, HACCP related certification Job related courses and training
- 8 + years’ experience of handling maintenance, utilities and projects in several jobs as Mechanical / Electrical engineer and project related management.
- Preferably flour milling, pasta processing or any other food processing industry.
