Job Title: Regional Community Manager – BNB Chain

Job Description

  • We are looking for a passionate and experienced Community Manager for the fast growing BSC Eco-system.
  • The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Community team engaging with one of the most active and popular communities in the blockchain industry.
  • This role can be based remotely in any global location.

Responsibilities

  • Setup close partnership with the regional Dev Communities, Universities, and blockchains associations
  • Deploy successful online and offline Developers campaigns, such as hackathons, workshop or conferences from ideation to execution
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through data analysis and user feedback
  • Develop effective marketing and brand communication strategy and ultimately expand our digital footprint and brand awareness in your region
  • Grow and manage BSC community ambassadors, and coordinate with them to moderate the regional BSC social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote BSC initiatives
  • Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion

Requirements

  • Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends and a strong interest in crypto and DAO culture
  • Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible
  • Fluency in local languages, advanced level of English
  • Experiences on DeFi projects will be a plus.

Job Description

  • Our Government Affairs team is responsible for high-level, strategic engagement with external stakeholders globally, including but not limited to, political office holders, governmental bodies, trade and industry associations, ministries, and non-governmental organisations.
  • You will be part of a diverse global Government Affairs team, working with different cross-functional teams to identify and analyse key policy issues, developments, and market sentiment.
  • This person will be expected to partner closely with local government officials and organisations to help educate the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyse developments in policy making and national and regional sentiment and their impact on the industry.
  • Manage projects across a wide range of topics including outreach, engagement, and planning and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Develop and lead campaigns both in-country and regionally.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and field requests and queries from partners.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and help them understand major product developments, launches, policy changes, or technology updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across legal, compliance, product, technology, communications and others to understand priorities and develop custom projects where necessary.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for Binance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with civic engagement, government or political bodies, think tanks, public interest groups, or relevant industry associations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic professional environments; ability to exercise appropriate and sound judgement.
  • Ability to write and translate complex issues into simple language suitable for a range of audiences.
  • Familiarity with the crypto industry and technologies, the policy, and political environments that surround them; ability to get up to speed quickly on complex technical and regulatory issues.
  • Ability to lead campaigns and to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external policy and company leaders on a professional level to bring across messages and drive high-impact conversations

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Pay

Responsibilities

  • Own the merchant growth targets by creating and maintaining a sales pipeline. The candidate is responsible for generating his/her own leads.
  • Responsible for procuring, onboarding and managing strategic payment partners: Payment Acquirers, Payment Service Providers, Payment Wallets, SaaS Platforms, Referral Agents etc.
  • Assist in merchant growth strategy and planning. E.g. Identify strategic verticals Launch international scheme based binance card in the region

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in a similar role that has experience across multiple leading payment firms. E.g. Payment Schemes/Network, Payment Acquirers/Gateways, Payment Wallets.
  • Strong international/regional merchant and partner network.
  • Strong regulatory experience about payment business in one or many jurisdictions
  • Has 0-1 experience. I.e. building a business/project/product from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, very strong interpersonal.

How to write a cover letter that gets you the job

Here’s how to make a great cover letter for a job application:

Underneath your name in your cover letter header, list the following contact details:

  • First and last name
  • Email address (something professional, usually including your name)
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address (optional)
  • Linkedin profile link (optional)
  • Portfolio or website (optional)

After your header, include the date and following company contact information:

  • First and last name of the person you’re writing to, or the relevant department

2. Address the hiring manager (ideally by their name)
