HRBP Limited also known as “Human Resource Business Partners” is a Human Resource Management Consulting company, focus on delivering human resource solutions for various sizes of organizations in areas of Talent Acquisition, Development, Management, Organization Planning, Development and Improvement. We provide full HR Consultancy service regardless of client headcount or location in Nigeria. We deliver customized HR Consultancy service for all sizes of organizations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Anambra, Enugu, Kano, Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Type: 3 Months (Subject to review upon suitable performance)

Requirements

  • The roles is available in 3 business lines and ideal candidate must have experience in any of the following business:
    • Offers educational lending for education loans-DSAs should have prior experience selling loans and insurance polies.
    • Software as a service- DSAs should have prior experience selling tech products and will basically serve as merchandisers
    • Education Advisory and Student recruitment- DSAs should have prior experience in retail sales, and preferably in student recruitment
  • The duration of the contract is 3 months, however, it is subject to extension.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.

Fixed Salary

  • Current monthly gross salary of N60,000 – N80,000.

Variable Salary:

  • Can earn more than 100% of fiexd salary per month if set targets are exceeded

Sales:

  • Bonus to be paid quarterly.
