Position Description
- The Polytechnic Librarian is a Principal Officer of the Polytechnic and reports to the Rector for the day-to-day administration of the Library

- Advise the Governing Council and its Finance and General Purposes Committee on estimates and control of expenditure on projects.
- Maintain liaison with financial agencies and external auditors.
- Overall supervision of the accounting records and systems in the Polytechnic.
- Initiation of new accounting systems, indenting and procedure for local purchase.
- Production of reliable and complete Management Information Services (MIS> to the Council and its Finance and General Purposes Committee.

Here’s how to make a great cover letter for a job application:
1. List your contact information (and the employer’s details)
Underneath your name in your cover letter header, list the following contact details:
- First and last name
- Email address (something professional, usually including your name)
- Phone number
- Mailing address (optional)
- Linkedin profile link (optional)
- Portfolio or website (optional)
After your header, include the date and following company contact information:
- First and last name of the person you’re writing to, or the relevant department
