Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • He will produce product descriptions and assess the performance of current TomX products, as well as build and update management reports to track the success of the product category.
  • Establishes and maintains important customer relationships with business associates and customer agents, conducts comparative price and practise research to ensure that the product remains competitive, and ensures that the product meets the highest quality standards
  • He will keep an eye on product-related industry developments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required.
  • A minimum of three years’ core product management experience is required.
  • Professional certifications/qualifications or documentation of product management trainings attended.

Salary
N120,000 – N135,000 / Month.

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Responsibilities
Marketing Structure:

  • The Head of Marketing shall formulate short-term and long-term plans for effectively projecting the Tomx brand image
  • He shall develop annual and other realistic periodic budgets for marketing and communications initiatives and create systems that support revenue generation
  • Manage the hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising all marketing and communications personnel.
  • He shall be responsible for evaluating performance of all personnel in the marketing team, both contract personnel like graphic designers or social media influencers and internal staff.
  • He shall ensure adherence to the marketing plan and monitor budget implementation and work progress using identifiable milestones

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ core marketing experience
  • Professional certifications/qualifications or evidence of trainings attended in Marketing or communications.

Salary
N150,000 – N170,000 / Month.

Job Title: Head, Audit

Job Summary

  • The Head of Internal Audit is in charge of developing a comprehensive risk-based internal audit function and overseeing the internal audit department.
  • He/she is responsible for directing the work of external auditors on select audits as instructed by the senior management, ensuring that the audit work remains within the established standards.
  • The Head of Internal Audit works directly with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ core Accounting or auditing experience
  • Professional certifications/qualifications or evidence of trainings attended in Marketing or communications

Responsibilities

  • Examine, assess, and review the efficacy and sufficiency of TomX’s control systems.
  • Analyze financial and management information systems.
  • Provide technical assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertise as needed.
  • Coordinate and assist with the preparation of Audit Committee materials.
  • Investigate and report to the CEO or Board of Directors on activity reported and assist in investigations.
  • Establish and assign departmental goals to team members and evaluate their performance.
  • Review financial statements and accounting records for authenticity and consistency.
  • Perform review on established systems for ensuring codes of conduct, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and the implementation of procedures and policies

Salary
N120,000 – N135,000 / Month.

  • 5 years plus experience in related discipline
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • A thorough grasp of web application functionality, including security, session management and best development practices.
  • Basic understanding of the Search Engine Optimization method.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise with programming programmes.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject is required.

  • Substantial understanding of database and other programming languages, particularly object-oriented programming in C# (recommended) or Java, as well as extensive SQL expertise.
