Job Title: Business Process Manager

Location: Lagos

The Opportunity

  • The Business Process Manager is responsible for optimizing the Company’s business processes. The role incumbent will handle the documentation of current processes, recommend improvements, and evaluate the efficiency of changes made to the Company’s business processes.
  • The role requires a demonstration of sound knowledge of business processes within the industry and experience in similar role. The Business Process Manager’s expertise is expected to translate into the realization of the business’s long-term objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business processes to determine areas for improvement
  • Conducting interviews with employees to gather feedback about their experience with current processes
  • Developing a plan for improvement that includes specific goals, time frames, and resources required
  • Coordinating business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
  • Designing new processes or improving existing ones by creating flowcharts and diagrams of processes, identifying potential problems and solutions, and implementing changes
  • Creating training materials for employees to learn about new processes or procedures
  • Communicating with senior managers about the status of projects and providing updates on progress
  • Evaluating the success of process improvements by monitoring predetermined metrics
  • Recommending process improvement software tools to automate manual processes
  • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Guiding and supervising personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
  • Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.

What We Expect

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related field from a recognized university.
  • 5-10 years work experience in similar role.
  • Six sigma Black Belt Certification
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certification
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Superb record keeping, time management and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Accountable to: The General Manager
Direct Report: Maintenance Technicians


  • The maintenance manager is a leader and expert in maintenance / technical skills. In addition to being an expert this role focuses on operational efficiency / effectiveness, job execution, and follow up. Works with minimal direction from the Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Under general supervision, diagnoses, repairs and performs maintenance on conventional tools, Surface Well testing and other equipment used for Early Production Facilities.
  • Areas of specialization within the Service Line specific shop operations may include: mechanical aptitude, Pressure testing, surface equipment repairs, and performing major repairs.
  • Assembles and disassembles all Instruments and equipment.
  • Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.
  • Keeping maintenance data sheets and records.
  • Trains and assist lower-level WT operators or Maintenance technicians. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
  • Basic computer skills are required and mandatory.
  • Licensure to drive commercial equipment such as forklifts may be required.
  • Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
  • The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
  • Ability to make simple design drawings for parts descriptions for procurement or equipment layout for constructions and installations.
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.

  • SSCE / OND / HND or similar education and 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician/Well Test Operator or equivalent tools/Instruments repair experience.

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Rivers
Accountable to: The General Manager
Direct Report: The operations coordinator; The maintenance Supervisor


  • The Well test operations Manager is the bridge between operations and management. Responsible for the planning, organization, leadership and management of field operations.
  • The main objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of consistent and superior service, safety, quality, and technical support and effectiveness required to exceed expectations of our customers, while maximizing operational efficiency and minimizing costs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Formulate operational objectives for the well test and production unit
  • Ensures that the organization is optimally suited to identify customer needs and problems, to offer them the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions, to deliver the best job execution with outstanding service quality, and to systematically evaluate results obtained to further improve services in accordance with QHSE, Operational Excellence plans and continuous improvement concepts
  • To exploit any opportunity for the expansion and development of the WT and production Business unit.
  • Provide technical assistance to the sales team as required.
  • Technical authority during well operations and associated activities.
  • Assist with delivery of new technology to clients through close liaison with the GM, BD team, Ops Coordinator(s) and their teams.
  • Provide Designs, programs, procedures, project cost estimates and expenditure requirements for approval by the General Manager.
  • Responsible for monitoring operations overview of all locations from the operations coordinator, and providing direction to the coordinator accordingly.
  • Actively promotes the Eunisell culture within the well testing business unit and supports all initiatives and teams accordingly.
  • Maintain close liaison with the operations coordinator to ensure full awareness of project progress and problems.
  • Regularly communicates field performance, support and quality objectives to top management.
  • Closely follows-up and reports on competitor’s activity and developments in their respective area.
  • Conducts regular customer Service Quality Review meetings in conjunction with sales to ensure our services, products and technical support meet their complete satisfaction.
  • Contributes to defining the budgetary requirements based on customer activity plans, and then manages it in the most productive and cost-efficient manner.
  • Contribute to meeting the financial goals and expense control targets for the business unit.
  • Demonstrate effective safety leadership and actively involved in root cause analysis for all incidents affecting safety and service quality in the area.
  • Regularly assess the resources and support required to perform a safe and high-quality job and ensure strict adherence to Service Quality and Safety Standards.
  • Maintains an in-depth knowledge of Customer’s activity plans and local market conditions to help forecast activity trends to assist in the preparation of the business plans.
  • Reviews the maintenance of the equipment and recommends necessary actions or modifications in accordance with stipulated operations standards and policies.
  • Fosters and leads for continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the internal process within the organization meet the needs of the business.
  • Leads and motivates employees to work to the best of their ability as part of the team through open communications, regular meetings, coaching and counseling, attention to their needs, recognition and rewards for their individual contributions and collective accomplishments.
  • Creates an environment of accountability where each employee is held to the same standard of accountability for their actions regardless of their span of control or scope of responsibility.
  • Delegates responsibilities and activities as necessary to enhance the role of every team member.
  • Oversees the training of field personnel, trying to maintain the necessary balance between the area’s operational requirements and individual development needs.
  • Participates in the recruitment process of Field Engineers.

Requirements / Skills

  • Degree in Petroleum Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical, Marine or Production Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years’ experience 5 of which is in a related industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
