– Be citizens of Brazil, China, Egypt, India, Jordan, Lebanon, Mexico, or South Africa
– Commit to returning to their home country upon completion of the fellowship
– Hold a degree equivalent to a good UK second-class honours degree or possess equivalent professional training/experience
– Have a minimum of five years of work experience by the end of 2023
– Demonstrate proficiency in English, assessed through the application and interview process
– Not hold British or dual British citizenship
– Not be affiliated with certain UK government entities or related organizations
