We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Fleet Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Who You Are
- You are a process-oriented, planner, highly organise person with the ability to recruitment and engagement of couriers/messengers. You have a good understanding of fleet management.
- You work in partnership with hub operations team to ensure overall fleet conditions and performance.
- You are ready to roll up your sleeves, join a passionate team, and build a business at light speed while tackling the large Nigerian parcel shipping market.
- You will make sure that our amazing services are available and perfectly executed to our customers conveniently and seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor, anticipate and manage the live operation to ensure a greater user experience
- Manage real time fleet capacity
- Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders
- Give a structured and actionable daily feedback to the Head, Fleet Management
- Ensure a smooth operation by ensuring that messengers are available for order fulfilment.
- Responsible for fleet operation tracking, including creation of performance, efficiency etc.
- Make sure all couriers adhere to Kwik regulations, SLAs and SOPs.
- Monitors and ensure fleet operations in compliance with local rules and regulations
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all customers request across the state
What You’ll Bring
- BA / BSc degree in Social Sciences, Operations or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing transportation operations to ensure lowest-cost and on-time delivery
- Experience in managing fleet
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting.

Job Title: Financial Administrative Assistant
Location: Lagos
What You’ll Do:
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases etc.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Keep track of account payables and receivables.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and maintain contacts’ sheet.
- Generic Administrative support duties
Who You Are:
- You must be highly determined and possess educational background in Finance or related fields. An excellent communicator with numerate skills and great work ethics. A good listener, very attentive and a fast learner. You must have the capability to work under pressure, being resolute and self-motivated. You are tech savvy and comfortable using technology daily.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of OND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related fields.
- Good numerical and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and variety of tech platforms
- Basic to intermediate excel and google sheet skills
- Strong work ethics, team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- You work in partnership with hub operations team to ensure overall fleet conditions and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively monitor demand and supply of Fleet to meet business current and future needs
- Develop the capacity of the Fleet Management team to effectively manage and maintain a healthy pool of fleet
- Manage real time fleet capacity for optimal performance
- Develop scalable and effective communication plan for engagement
- Provide structured and actionable feedback to the COO
- Plan, monitor and prepare budget, expenditures and analyse financial objectives of Fleet Management
- Develop a data driven approach and metrics for fleet operation tracking, including creation of performance, efficiency etc.
- Institute an efficient and compliance driven structure that aligns Fleet with Kwik culture, local rules and regulations
- Develop cost effective for fleet expansion and availability to meet all customers request in new states
- Work with Engineering to develop technology roadmap and implementation of new technologies
What You’ll Bring
- BA / BSc degree in Social Sciences, Operations or equivalent practical experience. MBA or relevant post graduate education is an added advantage
- 5+ years of experience managing transportation operations to ensure lowest-cost and on-time delivery
- Experience in managing fleet
- Ability to take initiative and be flexible in a constantly-changing work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of excel / google sheets and ease with a variety of tech platforms and reporting
- Tech enthusiasts with dexterity in using digital products
