We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer (Male)

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Accountabilities

  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiency or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Analyze Data to forecast sales trend using inventory Data.
  • Conduct a monthly/weekly stock count with the stock take team.
  • Conduct periodic inventory spot checks.
  • Prepare report on inventory activities and variances after every stock take exercise and occasional spot checks.
  • Ensure proper management of aging stock. –FIFO Policy Compliant.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 2 – 3 years work experience.
  • Compulsory month-end stock taking in compliance with standard procedures
  • Ensure due authorizations and proper documentation from approving personnel before release of any inventory
  • Stock variances: ensure zero variance in stock position in the system and physical
  • Ensure strict compliance with reorder levels, FIFO or LIFO principles depending on status of product and handling dormant stock100% plugging of loopholes in the system through internal controls, strict compliance to flow chart process to ensure zero stock fraud
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical Skills
  • Preferable male between 25 – 35 years of age.

Job Title: Stock Officer (Male)

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Accountabilities

  • Manage customer deliveries by processing outbound and confirming orders and deliveries as well as product returns on daily basis.
  • Monitor and give timely reports on inventory to upper management on stock levels and issues.
  • Effective management of stock in warehouse, stock transfer and stock in shop.
  • Participates in inbound logistics by managing post goods arrival activities.
  • Maintains Stock records, and notifies concerned staff about reorder level.
  • Analyze inventory Data to anticipate future needs.
  • Ensures that Government or market levies , rent and fees are duly paid and up to date for warehouse, shops and packing stores.
  • Handles all logistics relating to goods.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE / SSCE qualification
  • 1 – 2 years work experience
  • Effectiveness of inventory management systems
  • Quality, timeliness and effectiveness of handling incoming and outgoing goods, materials and equipment
  • Loss preventions levels of inventory due to damage or pilferages.
  • Client satisfaction levels
  • Effectiveness of inventory management systems

Job Description

  • The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker.
  • They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience, drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing, maintaining customer relationships, analyzes and compiles travel / tourism statistics.
  • They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Role Accountabilities

  • Generate, track and follow up leads to meet company and market expectations.
  • Develop effective sales strategies that promote sales to new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales target.
  • Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition
  • Complete sales forecasts and product trends reports and presentations in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Sales manager and Head of sales to achieve Organization’s Mission.
  • Managing customer feedback appropriately.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Work timing: Monday- Saturday.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • 0 – 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media.

Required Skills:

  • Sales target, interpersonal, strong communication, active listening, prospecting, presentation, setting expectations, objection handling, self confidence, negotiation, business acumen and social selling.

How to write a cover letter that gets you the job

Here’s how to make a great cover letter for a job application:

Underneath your name in your cover letter header, list the following contact details:

  • First and last name
  • Email address (something professional, usually including your name)
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address (optional)
  • Linkedin profile link (optional)
  • Portfolio or website (optional)

After your header, include the date and following company contact information:

  • First and last name of the person you’re writing to, or the relevant department
  • Company address
  • Company phone number
  • Hiring manager’s email address

 

2. Address the hiring manager (ideally by their name)

Next, address your cover letter to the hiring manager by name if possible. A standard cover letter salutation includes the hiring manager’s first and last name, and begins with a “Mr.”, “Ms.”, or another relevant professional title.

3. Write an attention-getting opening paragraph

Start your cover letter with an informative, direct introduction by including the following details in the first one or two sentences:
