The Engineering Development Programme lasts 24 months and happens in two phases.
In the first phase (9 months), you will learn technical skills and grow your confidence.
In the second phase (15 months), you will spend 80% of the time doing hands-on engineering work and 20% learning office skills like planning and managing.
This Engineering Development Programme will give you real experience while you work at Curio Lagos Airport Hotel.
You will also present a technical project after each phase of the Engineering Development Programme to show what you’ve learned and how ready you are for leadership roles.
