Description:

The International Leadership Trainee Program is for talented people who are starting their careers. It helps you quickly build your career and prepares you to be a leader in the future.

This program is excellent and will help you grow professionally and globally. You’ll do tasks at the office and in the market, and work on important projects.

We’ve partnered with Hult International Business School to offer both academic training and practical business skills. This helps future leaders learn what they need.

The program is challenging and led by experienced leaders from Coca-Cola HBC.

During the hiring process, you’ll attend webinars and other learning events.

We’re looking for people with up to 3 years of experience after graduation. This could be in areas like management, economics, or finance. But we’re open to other experiences too, like leading student groups, working with NGOs, playing sports, or starting your own business.
