Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing sales activities of the business within Abuja and its environs, as well as developing and implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, focused primarily on new opportunities and markets.

Key Responsibilities for this Role

  • Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company.
  • Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Represent the company externally to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimizes all business development opportunities.
  • Maintain a good level of understanding and knowledge of the Company’s products and services, ensuring that customer queries can be captured and dealt with accurately and appropriately
  • Ensure that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators) in line with business objectives.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully meeting set targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Work with the sales team to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Maintains an awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to commercial activities), which impact the business. Communicate such information and any subsequent changes to the MD/ CEO.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to your line manager
  • Collaborate with Technical team on sales technology initiatives
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
  • Train and ensure adherence to sales process
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Company’s Code of Conduct.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Develops qualified leads and generate new business in line with the Company’s commercial target
  • Builds effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers
  • Speaks positively and enthusiastically about the Company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues
  • Acts as spokesperson for the company at industry events.

Requirements for the Role

  • University Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master’s Degree from a recognized University will be an advantage.
  • Membership of professional management associations will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in ICT/Telecoms or related industry.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / month.

Job Title: Product and Service Delivery Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the delivery of all projects and excellent service delivery to all the company support customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  • He/She is ultimately responsible for achieving ITH Group goals of delivering quality projects and maintaining a consistence satisfactory experience with all support customers.
  • This will entail ensuring projects are delivered to time, on cost and quality for all ITH present and future customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes and monitors adherence to project management and service delivery as well as planning & controls standards
  • Oversees the tracking, development, and implementation of innovations in Project Management, Service delivery and Quality Assurance
  • Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
  • Coordinates project activities of and external vendors to ensure services delivered consistently meet customers’ expectation.
  • Measure progress of work against weekly target, work/project scope and deliverables
  • Ensures the delivery of services to customers within the agreed scope of work and timeline.
  • Provide accurate documentation of project and services delivered to customers on the departmental online repository.
  • Liaises with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them to meet customer expectations
  • Develops full-scale project execution plans and related communication documents
  • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, cost and time committed to customer.
  • Reviews and tracks progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
  • Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through proper communications to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company
  • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for the Executive leadership
  • Trains, motivates, and supervises project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • 4 – 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the ICT industry or ICT Consulting.
  • PMP qualified or another Project Management Certification (PRINCE II etc.) desirable.
  • Relevant management qualification or training.

Remuneration
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.

  • Responsible for all technical solutions activities of IT Horizons. To oversee and direct all new and existing service development and deploying enterprise solutions in line with business requirements and overall support of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities for this Role

  • Achieves growth, sales target and business objectives by successfully managing the IT Horizons’ solution’s business.
  • Designs, implements and executes strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence while optimizing stakeholder interests.
  • Conducts business risk assessment for any new technical, commercial and partnership opportunities.
  • Directs strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the solutions business.
  • Represents the company externally to enhance and strengthen the company’s profile and optimize all business development opportunities.
  • Provides global best practice technology and leadership in the development and implementation of solutions across all markets and locations.
  • Oversees planning and implementation of solutions to support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve more effective and cost effective enterprise-wide IT operations for clients
  • Ensures the company is constantly moving forward towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.
  • Provides overall strategic leadership, direction and guidance for the growth, expansion and diversification of IT Horizons.
  • Coordinates the formulation, design and review of the IT Horizons’ corporate strategy, goals and objectives.
  • Oversees all technology business relationships and/or partnerships for growth and sustenance.
  • Manages the company’s budget and ensures effective use of the company’s resources on technologyinvestments to grow the business.
  • Grows the capacity of the company’s technical staff to lead the technology services innovation curve while providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Establish quality and reliability standards by studying industry benchmarks and the requirements of customers.
  • Proffers advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of technical systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems and evaluate such systems to measure success on client’s demand.
  • Approves, coordinates and controls all projects related to selection, acquisition, development and installation of major client business needs.
  • Reviews all client integration component acquisition and maintenance contracts, soliciting involvement and participation of other management team members as appropriate.
  • Develops and maintains corporate policies and standards aimed at maximizing effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition, implementation and operation of IT systems.
  • Maintains contact with IT system suppliers and maintain knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels.
  • Evaluates alternatives, perform appropriate cost benefit analysis, and recommend solutions that maximize effectiveness and minimize costs commensurate with acceptable risks.
  • Sets company’s objectives and monitors ongoing progress and performance alongside MD/CEO.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
  • Supports the rest of the leadership team to decide which engineering projects are the highest priorities against the business targets and which can be executed with the available resources.

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s / HND in Computer Science / System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Applied physics or a related discipline
  • Relevant Master’s Degree is an advantage
  • Relevant certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) or CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Administrator) or equivalents is an added advantage
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in an ICT or Software environment with at least five (5) years’ experience of driving change and managing multi-disciplinary technical teams.

Salary
N1,000,000 – N1,500,000 monthly.

Job Title: Internal Audit and Risk Officer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessment and identify controls in the place to mitigate risks
  • Be responsible for regular update of the Risk Register and follow with respective stakeholders on Risk closure within timeframe
  • Assess, evaluate, and promote compliance to internal policies
  • Plan and execute financials, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits
  • Work with external auditors during statutory Audit and provide feedback on their performances
  • Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate the adequacy of process design in meeting business and control objectives.

Responsibilities

  • The Head Technical will be responsible for directing, administering, and coordinating the Engineering, product and presales activities of the business in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the CAO.
  • The Head Technology will lead a team of Software developers, Product Managers, Designers and Presale Managers to achieve set Business objectives.
  • You will oversee ongoing core business operations within the company. Work with the CAO in the development of enterprise/organization policies and goals that optimize financial and corporate performance and facilitate the growth of the company.
  • You will direct all existing and new custom software and application development, enterprise software application, product engineering, enterprise architecture advisory and other solutions in line with business requirements.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy, focused primarily on new opportunities and markets while driving the acquisition of the Company’s customers, its revenue goals and the general direction and management of the business activities, including market competitiveness, product definition/pricing and distribution/diversity strategies.
  • You will be accountable for effective and efficient technical operations of the company and for managing all operational risks to reduce their negative impacts to as low as reasonably possible.
  • You will ensure that all technical operational controls are in place and working, and that the enterprise works in compliance with all related regulations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses or numerate disciplines
  • Minimum of 7 years in a Fintech Operating environment with hands on experience in software web and application development, product management and product marketing.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in management and leadership capacity
  • Good Knowledge of managing Projects and Product development from ideation to commercialization
  • Knowledge of programming language
  • Professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
N600,000 – N900,000 monthly.

How to write a cover letter that gets you the job

Here’s how to make a great cover letter for a job application:

Underneath your name in your cover letter header, list the following contact details:

  • First and last name
  • Email address (something professional, usually including your name)

  • Linkedin profile link (optional)
  • Portfolio or website (optional)

After your header, include the date and following company contact information:
