We are seeking to fill the under mentioned posts with experienced, highly motivated & result-oriented individuals in the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Locations: Kwara, Akwa Ibom, Warri-Delta, Umuahia-Abia
Job Summary
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identifies new business opportunities as well as well as business growth with existing customers.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of the company’s sales policies.
- Carries out market research, analyzes and makes recommendation.
- Keeps up to date with products, services and competition.
- Ensures that all required customer meetings are scheduled, attended and documented.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND, with marketing or sales experience.
Job Title: Human Resources / Training Officer
Locations: Kwara, Akwa Ibom, Warri-Delta, Umuahia-Abia
Job Summary
- HR officers in the Branch offices will also be required to function as Admin Officers, Resourcing Officers and Training Officers except in cases where these functions are differentiated and carried out by separate individuals
Responsibilities
- Resource / recruit candidates for employment by the organizations’
- Conduct orientation / induction for new staffs
- Ensures proper update of staff records.
- Screen resourced / recruited candidates for training
- Administer the company employment forms and guide candidates to fill them properly
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or HND, minium 1 year experience.

Job Title: Operations Officer
Locations: Kwara, Akwa Ibom, Warri-Delta, Umuahia-Abia
Job Summary
- Responsible for assisting the Head of Operations in coordinating the provision of contractual and ad hoc security services to customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensures new assignments are properly surveyed, weaknesses identified and customers advised accordingly.
- Enforces discipline within the guard force and recommends disciplinary action in line with the Human Resource Policy.
- Ensure proper Guards turnout (that they are smart, neat, ID Card Visible & Adhering to dress code).
- Ensures incidents are properly investigated and the necessary action taken.
- Ensures the Department and the guard force comply with the Guarding Service Quality Policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum OND with 5 years experience.
