Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Representative is to foster strong customer relationships, thereby enhancing retention rates, bolstering loyalty, and ultimately augmenting customer lifetime value while minimizing churn. Serving as the initial point of contact for customers, the representative acts as an internal advocate, collaborating with diverse teams to swiftly address customer issues and proffer suggestions for optimizing the customer experience, informed by an analysis of issue logs or customer feedback.

Responsibilities

– Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
– Cultivate enduring relationships and instill trust with customer accounts through transparent and interactive communication
– Furnish accurate, comprehensive information utilizing appropriate methods and tools
– Attain personal and team sales targets and manage call handling quotas

Qualifications for Moniepoint Customer Success Representative

– Bachelor’s Degree
– Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
– Proficiency in phone contact handling and active listening
– Familiarity with CRM systems and methodologies
– Customer-centric orientation with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities

– Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management

Additionally, you’ll gather information related to the 5Cs of credit—capacity, character, and capital—making recommendations to management based on economic factors.

Job Responsibilities

– Identify and onboard eligible businesses within your designated area to establish accounts with Moniepoint.
– Engage with customers to encourage active account usage, facilitating their eligibility for credit access.
– Review and make decisions on loan requests by conducting comprehensive data analysis.
– Conduct physical visits to potential borrowers’ businesses to evaluate their financial records, considering inventory and turnover.
– Achieve targets for the gross loan portfolio and portfolio profit by maintaining a robust customer base and ensuring loan performance.
– Monitor the active loan portfolio to ensure ongoing account usage and repayment performance.
– Perform other credit-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications for Moniepoint Field Credit Officer

– Minimum of an OND in any Business-related discipline.
– At least 2 years of experience in a sales role for credit products within a financial institution.
– Demonstrated understanding of credit risk analysis.
– Familiarity with financial analysis is advantageous.
– Must reside in Nasarawa.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Auditor to support Moniepoint and play a pivotal role in assessing our technology and infrastructure to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role involves identifying risks and providing recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

– Collaborate with Audit Lead to plan internal audits.
– Conduct meetings and interviews to gather audit evidence, documents, and information.
– Analyze data to detect financial reporting errors, fraud, and operational risks.
– Examine business procedures, financial records, and perform audits under the guidance of Audit Lead.
– Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and external regulations.
– Review internal control policies/procedures to ensure adequate coverage.
– Assess existing risk management processes and document results.
