Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Magboro, Ogun (Along Lagos Ibadan Expressway, Close to Magboro or Mount of Fire Church)

Job Purpose
- To ensure Filling & Packaging line machines operations in accordance with specified/ recommended guidelines and agreed Standard Operating Procedures. This is to enable delivery of target production volumes within specified Time, with optimized resource and at the right Quality.
Duties / Responsibilities
- The incumbent should have considerable experience in running filling & packaging line machines/equipment. He/she should be able to set-up machines, initiate calibration, cleaning, start-up procedures, as well deliver a seamless run.
- Control, adjust machine settings, and own the Quality of finished products on the line.
- Ensue the right quality and quantity of raw material or parts are fed to the process and packaging machines.
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
- Perform Autonomous Maintenance/ Total Productive Maintenance on packaging equipment.
- Fix minor issues/ jams that might occur during the shift, as well as refer issues to other technical teams, when the escalation threshold is reached.
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
- Maintain production and activity logs as well as analyse trends.
- Be a champion of Safety for self, others, equipment, and general workplace.
- Must be able to synergize with other unit’s functions to achieve set goals.
- Full understanding and implementation of GMP standards on the shopfloor.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Sciences.
- 2 – 4 years experience in similar role in a similar role.
- Age Requirement: 28 – 35 years.

Job Title: Mechanical Associate

- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service record.

- Initiating root cause analysis for permanent fixing of unplanned Downtime.

- Maintaining 5S Standard in workplace.
- Provide corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance on all equipment to prevent failure.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Purpose
- The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading/unloading of materials to/ from vehicles manually and utilizing material handling equipment.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Follows standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy.
- To document and identify all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead.
- Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists.

- To participate in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines.

Education and Experience
- Candidate to have at least a Senior School Certificate, OND, or at least a Trade Test Certificate.

- Certification operating a material handling equipment (MHE) is required (i.e., for Forklift or heavy-duty lifting reach truck, dock stocker, etc).
- Age Requirement: 28 – 35 years.

- Candidate must have at least a 1-year prior experience working as a Forklift Driver in a Factory, Warehouse or Distribution Centre.
