Job Title: Contract and Procurement Manager

Location: Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Summary

  • Responsible for managing all contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts
  • Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts
  • Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension or renewal of contracts
  • Problem-solving contract-related issues

Qualifications

  • Degree in Commercial Law
  • Excellent understanding of oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry, its services, customers and providers.
  • 15 years experience in oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry. 5+ years of experience in an EPC environment

Job Title: Contract and Procurement Officer

Location: Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Devise and use fruitful strategies to source Engineering equipment and material
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Engineering
  • Excellent understanding of oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry, its services, customers and providers.
  • 7 years experience in oil and gas, Power and Manufacturing industry. Experience in an EPC environment

Job Title: Sales Executive- Industrial Power

Location: Jakande-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Proven sales experience in Power or related fields
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Attend meetings, company events, and training to keep informed of the latest developments.
  • Report and provide feedback to management using statistical data.
  • Prospecting, closing, presenting, and customer service skills.
  • Connect business needs to solutions.

Qualifications

  • BSc in any field
  • Proven sales experience or strong aptitude for sales.
  • Experience in Power or Natural Gas Sales  etc.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% across assigned region.
