Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Process sales transactions.
  • Calculate the cost of products or services and accept payments.
  • Deal with returns and refunds as necessary.
  • Answer customer questions as they arise
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
  • Answer customer questions about products or services.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts.
  • Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of HND qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environments.
  • Comfortable with cash handling.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Must live within Festac and its environs
  • At least 1-year of experience as a cashier.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly.
  • Proficient cashier and clerical skills.

Job Title: Accountant

Locations: Magodo, Opic Isheri, Ojodu, Arepo – Lagos, Abuja, Ogun, Oyo, Rivers,
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entities.
  • Monthly financial statement close work completed in accordance with closing schedule
  • Prepare financial analyses and reports.
  • Prepare revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
  • Weekly status reports for Management Meetings
  • Prepare Annual Budget and Strategic Resource Plan
  • Preparation and maintenance of Long Term Financial Plan
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.


  • Must have a B.Sc in Accounting or related field
  • Min 4-6yrs of experience
  • Must live with Arepo, Opic, Ojodu Berger, Magodo environs
  • A high degree of competency in the use of accounting systems and being able to adapt to new accounting systems and understand how they work.

N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

Job Description

  • Schedules and attends client meetings with consultants to discuss recruitment and selection needs.
  • Prepares recruitment and selection proposals and letters of engagement in line with meeting discussions.
  • Coordinates and proctors assessment in line with job requirements to ascertain the best fit for the role.
  • Prepares assessment reports to client and ensure feedback is given to all applicants.
  • Conducts credential verification and background checks if required by client.
  • Analyses job requirements and designs detailed job descriptions based on understanding of role.
  • Utilizes online platforms in publishing jobs and sourcing for qualified and interested candidates.
  • Utilizes in-house designed tools in assessing shortlisted candidates based on competencies required for the role.

Learning and Development:

  • Conducts needs analysis to identify current skills gaps in employees to be trained.
  • Uses existing templates in preparing training proposals and letters of engagement.
  • Assist with content development for the proposed training by carrying out research on subject matter and coming up with ideas.
  • Conducts post-training evaluation by administering pre-designed questionnaires to ensure that training objectives are met.
  • Takes notes during learning and development programs to ensure feedback and observations from participants are properly documented and reported.
  • Analyses feedback questionnaires and prepares report on learning and development program for client’s information.
  • Utilizes HReade’s courseware in customizing training program.
  • Works in a team in researching and customizing videos, games, exercises to suit training program.
  • Provides support in the delivery of learning and development programs.


  • Prepares proposal using existing template and letter of engagement for outsourcing service.
  • Maintains, organizes and updates employee’s records of outsourced employees which may include hiring, performance, compensation, leave, departures, termination, violations and promotions.
  • Manages staff payroll, benefits and compensation.
  • Designs and administers employee engagement letters and documentation for termed employees.
  • Conducts employee credential verification, reference and background checks where required by client.
  • Sources for employees to fill vacant outsourced positions where required.

Business Development:

  • Sources for new business leads via referrals, personal networks, attending networking events and following up on potential clients.
  • Follows up on existing clients to inquire about current HR needs.

Administrative duties:

  • Maintains properly filing of all clients’ information and projects.
  • Performs ad-hoc administrative duties when necessary.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable institution.
  • MBA/MSc (HR) is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification in CIPM and HR related field would be an added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • Maximum of four years’ experience in human resources consulting

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Understanding of human resource management functions and concepts.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proficient in the use of social media as a tool for social networking such as LinkedIn.

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Dispatch letters and other important documents to clients
  • Prepare daily report of client’s site visited
  • Responsible for all vehicle mechanical workshop visits
  • MaintaiNthe vehicles/bikes assigned to them


  • A minimum of SSCE
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in a professional environment
  • Valid driver’s license and rider permit for drivers and dispatch riders respectively

N540,000 – N550,000 annually.
